SharpGrid provides clients, mostly FMCG retailers and wholesalers (Coca Cola, Asahi, Molson Coors, Unilever, Makro / Metro AG), with transparency and insight into the on-trade / out-of-home channel (e.g. restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes) to help them manage their business and beat the competition better than ever before. Our mission is to disrupt the on-trade marketing research and insights industry globally and become the international authority on the on-trade channel with a presence in over 15 markets by the end of 2022.

The rapid pace of digitization of the on-trade channel, the constant emergence of new digital resources and the development of big data enable SharpGrid to deliver unprecedented accuracy in understanding the on-trade channel. To date, we have focused on where people eat, drink or play in Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The Client Consultant is an international role at SharpGrid that involves complex end-2-end responsibility for delivering services and products to our clients. In this role you will work closely directly with our co-founder Martin Nepraš.

What will your role entail?

  • Planning, managing and delivering projects and services based on our 2 products: 
  • Outlet Census - a complete and accurate view of every location in the on-trade channel with a rich set of parameters
  • Market Meter - continuous and detailed measurement of key indicators in the channel and brand/product performance
  • Working with sales and commercial teams to define and meet client requirements.
  • Gathering feedback from clients to ensure maximum satisfaction with the products and services delivered and to gain input for improvement and innovation.
  • Proactively supporting clients in working with our products
  • Maximizing added value for the client
  • Educating clients
  • Expert support

What we expect from you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or working with clients.
  • Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Interest in the data/technology industry and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a proactive person with a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
  • You are a team player who can also work and finish projects independently.
  • You have an advanced knowledge of Excel.
